I'm after a canny little cheapish sat nav. Any tips? The main thing I'm after is that it includes that's canny decent 'lane guidance'.

    Cheers.

TomTom or Garmin are the two best makers to go for.

Can you still get the cheap F&H ones on ebuyer, then replace the software with TomTom?

I did 3 of them for people, and they're great.

If you really want to save money, get a fairly recent Nokia off ebay, Just look at 2/3 of Boris Bear's last 3000 posts for a specific recommendation.

Else, get a cheap Android phone with a decent size screen, like the Orange San Fransisco at Aldi or Tesco for 100 squids.

But, if you've got more money than sense, get a dedicated sat nav.
