Their performances in major tournaments and general team spirit has to be admired.They have this amazing self belief and discipline which pervades every single member of the team set up,so I wouldn't go as far as saying I like them,but I do admire what they achieve.

Are we talking about the football team or the Germans in general?

Football team: traditional enemies of England, but the hatred doesn't seem to be reciprocated. Play the way England should.

The same description largely holds true for the Germans in general actually.

Overall I quite like them if I'm honest, and in footballing terms much prefer them to the French.

Would not say it works both ways that tbh, the Germans would see the Dutch as there main rivals
