Anyone know any good exercise for core strength and abs using one of these?

You could do a plank with your legs on the ball

    Crunches on it etc.

Never use one like, find them pointless. Suppose they're okay if you want to improve balance and technique slightly

Try the plank position, and then just slowly rolling the ball towards your stomach so that your knees become bent, then back out again.

I also do a range of crunches with my feet resting on top of the ball and my back on the floor.
