    Default Really want to cook something different tonight...

    For my gorgeuos wife, and two sons, was thinking of nachos, etc etc...

    But would prefer to try something different, anyone got a nice recipe?

    Wheres the Michel Roux of the SMB, hauser when you want him?

    cook a chilli con carne, and buy the nach casing things from el paso

    use ground beef , onion ,garlic, ground cumin seeeds, dried chilli, fresh chilli, chilli powder, fresh and tube tom, l& p sauce and beef stock

    nachos.. !!

    nee cookign involved.

    lay out loads of corn chips on a large plate... stick a load of cheese on , chilli beef if you have some and stick in over / under grill for 5 minutes.

    serve with a dollop of sour crea, guacamole and some salsa... apply a liberla amount of jalepenos over the top anarl

    Creamy potato dauphinoise with gruyere, sliced shallots and garlic and a crispy breadcrumb topping, served with either a nicely cooked steak or a homemade chicken kiev perhaps? Goes down a treat in my house like.
