I listen to BBC Newcastle in the evening 'more than soul' and this 80's sounding song comes on and at the end of the chorus the fella sounds like Lennon. I thought it might be Jools old band but i cant remember the title nor the band, doing me nut in like!

mid-paced pop song with a kind of rap verse, it isn't rap but..oh this is frustrating.

basically the chorus ends with him saying something like "trouble at the dee oh oh.....pause oh oh (pause) oh oh

has some bug synth keyboard sin it also.
