I do like that 'What a life' song - is the album like that, or more like that shite lead single?

    mixed bag

what a life stands alone in that its a slight change of direction (a bit 'dance'). there is also a couple of absolutely superb songs. in amongst it though there are some plod-along shite like b-sides from oasis latter years.

the death of me and you is absolutely crap.

Might download a couple of songs rather than the album then. I reckon Noel has a classic album in him. He needs to work with a producer who'll push him, rather than surround himself with sycophants who allow him to do everything at half cock.

Love it me. Kinks-esque. What can be wrong with that?

good album, with some outstanding moments musically and the production is top notch. still reckon liams vocal could have lifted in to another level but still....

the best parts of the album are tremendous, but 2 or 3 songs are a bit half arsed imo. (saying that, not many knock out albums with every song being a belter).
