Anyone been on a Thursday night. Only been on a saturday night and it was a pretty decent night with a good atmosphere. Got some family up next week and was going to but don't fancy it if it's not going to very busy.

Only been once on a Thursday and it was as full as the weekend nights, though there were less people in! The trick is that they just bring the curtain forward so there are less seats available and they retain the atmosphere, though the bar isn't so busy. When we were there, the curtain was in front of that long bench seat they have behind the tables, but we just opened it a bit and sat in the middle of that. I think there were about 90-100 in that night.

Sounds canny enough. Will pop down for tickets tmrw.

The Saturday I was there the seats were full and the long bench was too. Is there another 'layer' of seats behind that curtain if it get busy like?

I think I read that they can accommodate about 400 if they need to - I would imagine Stewart Lee will fill that.

No need to collect tickets until the night, they will keep them without payment until 8.15, and on Thursdays I'm sure you could pay on the door. Having said that, if you were paying in advance I'm sure you could ask them to reserve a decent table for your party.
