It wasn't when I went past earlier this week but it must be opening again soon.

I saw a poster on the Bar One window when I walked past this morning. I presume the same organisation that owns Seven and Bar One now own Pure.

Aye Stoker and Smiffy and that are gona rent from what I can gather. Gona be more of a music venue rather than a boozer.

Yeah mate defo like. Think the authorities wanted xmas out of the way before they were prepared to let someone take it on again. Not surprised really, with its previous record.
