    I know 3-3.5 is ambitious but you got to have something to aim for. I'll need to climb at around 12 - 15 mph and keep my average up on the flat parts then make up a lot on the decents. On the coast to coast I was nailing 11mph up garrigil on a heavy hybrid so it's not impossible to do.

    He was going some like.But 11 mph.Think we have a bit of a billy in the ranks..

    Anyways,nice ride today chaps.Alnmouth to Durham.Lovely sunny day,nice scenery but the wind was a bastard.Legs were siezing up near the end,cramping up all the time.Stopped at Pity Me roundabout for the traffic and couldn't stand up for the cramp.Looked a bit of a tit hobblin about,but ,who gives a shit eh.Knackered now like,so bottle of red and a nice early night.

    Definitely saw 11 a few times on the cyclocomputer as i went up it. Bad news tho my bike not back yet so no sportive for me :(
