    Default Bit of advice

    well ill get straight to the point our lass is a trainee chef anyway she makes quality brownie and pies every raves about and has her knocking up for catering events etc.


    i was wanting to know would we need a licence to sell these at car boots etc..


    and would we get a licence with having pets in the house?

    convert a garage or soemthign but you will need a food health and saftey certificate

    Some car boots dont allow the selling of food and drinks except for the Catering van.

    I sell at Tynemouth market and there are a number of cake stalls there none of which display anything at all about licences or certificates. I know at least one of them makes the stuff at home as their Cafe went bust. I do think if the council inspectors came round though they would have a field day with how the stuff is stored never mind where it was prepared.

    Edit see others have answered more knowledgeably before me.

    Get an Audi.

    Loads of space for pies and brownies in the boot of an A6.
