Default The pictures going wrong (again)

Boldon pictures last night - film started with a blue hue, which didn't go away. Eventually the flick stops and someone shouts "i've been and told them", then a woman comes in and says to hang on while they reset the colour sync or summat. Eventually comes back on right as rain.

How does this work then? I thought it was just a light behind a film, as seen every time the fucking thing jams and melts at Boldon. How can the colour go wrong, unless it's one of those RGB projector set-ups?

Digital projector? Some of the screens do say "Digital" these days. Can't see the benefit personally. Digital is lower quality than analogue, by definition.
