only foundation... I could go on if I wanted. especially is Service Operation but I don't know if I can be bothered with the hassle.. work would happily put me through it..

indeed.. but its always a good thing to have on your CV these days..

as it happens as a company we follow it pretty tightly on a lot of things... then we have the resources to do so.

Well done marra - I'm an 'Expert'.......did the V2 Manager's Cert some years back and then did the V3 Manager's Bridge about 3 and a half years ago to get the 'Expert'.

The V3 books are absolutely horrible to read because they're written by about 30 different people

Is ITIL worth doing? I'm going to be moving away from more project based stuff into more application BAU so think I'll go for ITIL rather than renew my PRINCE2.
