Broken fingers

How long should they be strapped up? Originally when they didn't think they were broken I as told to leave the strapping on for 'a few days'. When my x rays were sent to the hospital they called to say one finger was broken but the treatment was the same so no point going back.
It has been over a week and I've taken the strapping off today but my fingers are knacking.

put it back on to stop you moving it. 2 weeks should be fine.

Is this from the other day when you went in goal? If so, I must have had countless broken fingers during my time playing in the russel foster!

I only ever had them strapped up once, for ligament damage.

I'd take the strapping off after a few days to be fair, there's not much you can do.
