As title says, If our only vote was from the Turks what happened to the USA. Looking through the people who get to decide where the world cup goes, it's easy to say we will never get it again.

I think its him who claims that the bribe he is accused of accepting in the panorama documentary wasnt money paid to him and was instead for something to do with his federation. Might be bullshit of course, but he says his lawyers are looking at it and if he can prove it wasnt a bribe, panorama are going to look very stupid indeed. At least the lad didnt let it affect his choice of venue which suggests he may actually have marginally more scruples than some of the others

The English guy was probably never convinced on the technical merits of the England bid and voted for Russia
