    Default England should sue FIFA

First of all I would like to say congratulations to both Russia and Qatar it is called the "World" cup after all. When you consider Russia and Qatar's teams have been going for 60-100 years vs 20-25 years for American and Australian teams. So it's not as though they haven't waited long enough. That said every one including old Sepp said "you could hold a world cup in England tomorrow" and "they have the best technical bid" and "the least high risk". We spent £15m proving this to them to get the world cup. However the information that was gathered at the cost to the FA and the government was then disregarded. So really the whole bid book thing was a bunch of crap. If I was running the FA I would be suing FIFA for the cost of applying for the world cup as they had us forking out cash proving things that are not nessercery in order to successfully bid for the world cup. Apparently all you need to do is apply and be as corrupt as FIFA.
