Flickr - No photos

On Flickr a lot of my photos don't appear (or come up as broken links) but some do. I have done a lot of digging and tried all of the suggestions on the Flickr support but the last thing I found was that some Linksys routers detect Microsoft Colour (or something) as a malicious packet and drop it - this causes the broken links. Anyone come up against anything similar - I know it is not my PC as my laptop connects fine in my Lanzhou apartment but in beijing Flickr is full of broken links.

I find that happens if my internet connection is a little weak - worse on Flickr than on any other website.
