    Default Panaculty - top tips?

Made my first ever panaculty last night, first time I've had since I was a bairn. Lush.

Going to have leftovers tonight - any recommendations of what to put in it? The original had corned beef, stock, potatoes, onion and carrot (plus butter, malt vinegar and black pepper). Couldn't get hold of any pearl barley.
