    Does everything I post have to be groundbreaking news? A lot of people still believe for muscle gain you need to do a "bro split" and training a muscle any more than once a week and you'll not grow.

    Came across as a dick without intending to there. I already knew what he was saying, but I found it a very good video and since a lot of people have the retarded mentality of "listen to the biggest guy in the gym" for advice, well, Layne is a pro bodybuilder/powerlifter and has a PhD specialising in Leucine metabolism I believe it is.

    nee one cares if you have DOMS, suck it up and lift, fat lad. No evidence that you can over train a muscle.

    i agree
    for me the best way to get rid of DOMS is to lift again
