    No real need for it tbh. I would bet a lot of money on the useful ingredients beyond those of stimulatory benefits are ridiculously underdosed, so basically you are paying for 1,3 and caffeine. I'm not saying it "doesn't work", but you'd saved a lot of money if you just purchased the individual ingredients yourself.

    Ive been taking it before football and i'm managing to last the full hour or so that we play. Where before I was practicallly on my knees after 5-10 minutes. Actually enjoying my football again.

    love this stuff before i go out running long runs, keeps the legs moving and no sense of tiredness, the only problem is i cannot sleep on the night once ive had it so only ever use it for races our long runs.

    used it before a run last night, knocked a few minutes off my 5km time.
