think the bag man got himself a flat in the high rises in the town so isnt about as much now, i used to always see him in the bookies.

the "bag man"s name is ernie. he used to come in the museum vaults years ago at ten o"clock, and have 3 pints of tuborg lager, stand beside the door, never spoke , nee bother. lived with his mam in the high rises in the town center, when his mam passed away, he got hoyed out by the council, and thats how he ended up being the "bag man", just became homeless due to circumstances out of his control. always well turned out, last couple of times ive seen him he has been bagless(the "man"?) and the very last time he was looking in a jewellers window at some expensive watches.
