Totally agree, but I still think some people will be disappointed particularly the 'younger' generation, who were never around the first time. Most of us were off our tits when we saw bands like Happy Mondays, Inspiral Carpets , Charalatans (who I thought wdre always brilliant live) etc
When Led Zep did that gig fairly recently (tickets were like rocking horse shit), Id have loved to have gone, but would have felt that I wasnt getting the real Zep (aside from Bonham not being there) as the only time to truly see them would have been when they were actually recording/releasing albums. Same can be said for The Who, and to some extent Rolling Stones. Think Pink Floyd are the only excetion to that rule, but its only my opinion
