All porked out..
bloody lovely though
Had lovely joint of British pork on Sunday
then yesterday at work I brought my self a small roast dinner with left over pork and sonme veg
got home last night and th emissus had then sliced up pork medallions and made a stir fry.
I thought thats enough pork for me...
but I've just been to the works canteen where there is tons of choice bit what stood out was the belly pork...
so I had that with some canny crackling.
no more pork for me for a while.. I must have had half a pig.

I love Pork, especially since discovering that it doesn't have to be cooked 'well done' anymore
My pal had a hogroast last summer; tastiest pig ive ever had!

i like my pork well done.. the joint on sunday I cooked for over 6 hours...
high heat and then a really low heat with water in the bottom of the roaster to keep it really moist
