Happened to me with Blackburn away tickets, took them back to the ticket office where they were changed, got a lucky dip lottery ticket off the club as well for my troubles!

Our tickets for villa earlier in the season did not have a barcode at all, we rang the ticket office and they sent out new tickets the same day. Apparently for that game there was a few without them.

Gadgies in the green jackets outside can check the ticket hasn't been used and let you in.
