meeting creditors early may to try and agree a CVA

fans group called darlo 1883 has been created and raised around £330,000 from fans
7 businesses also pledged £10,000 each once a CVA has been agreed. a board made up of local businessmen and volunteers to work at club are plan going forward.

however ex owner raj singh who pulled funding in january wants a share of any clauses which get paid for young players sold whilst he was there including dan burn who was sold to fulham and also any money made from sale of land/stadium in future even though club no longer own this or he wont agree to cva after earlier saying he would completely walk away

supporters trust has about 40k in a fund but the entire board except secretary resigned other day as they didnt really want to invest in darlo 1883. but all the members do so the board resigned. they have to all members vote to what to do with money but due to delays from former board and chair they wont get vote done before cva gets signed if it gets signed

if cva is not agreed before june and darlo still in administration they will be relegated a further division or maybe even two

they are likely to be relegated this weekend after going about 15 games without a win

add in their manager has offered to resign and rumour is about to go to boro as head of youth and they have had to play around half the youth team in the last 15 games as the league would not let them sign anyone other then under 19 players and in some games have not had enough players to fill the bench. one of the youth players is out for nearly a year after injuring back in a recent game.
