    Default Weight Loss Supplements

    Im playing football 3 times a week, doing weights 2/3 times a week & sometimes getting more cardio in on top of that.

    Was measured at the gym the other night & am seeing results. Fat loss is coming along & muscle mass is increasing. Anything I can do to help it along supplement wise? Nowt that will make me go mental or make my shite turn green, just something that will speed up the fat loss process. Still got a canny gut.
