Those weird running shoes with individual toes
Don't know what they're actually called - toe socks or something.
Has anyone used them - are they actually any good for running in? Look to me that they'd give you no arch support at all.

I use them, help with shin splits as replicate barefoot running which meant to be good for you.

Been wearing them about 3 month. Still get odd pain but nothing like before. Was a couple weeks into wearing them when pain eased.
