I'm sure the club will turn a blind eye to it mate. Its a grey area, i've heard that its ok on some instances like on your flag if its discreet, but if we got a load of cards made with FTM on then that wouldn't. Just bring em along.
We are taking it off the Keep The Faith surfer only because its large and probably visible.
Lets make Swansea the game to do this, unless any other thoughts?

I can't make it to the Swansea game. However if we are doing a tribute for Podgy and hanging up flags side by side I could send mine through the post if someones want to hang it up
Regarding "FTM", just say I'm afraid this one means Follow the mackems, if the stewards still are on about it tell about the "tribute" and it should be fine I would have thought.

Obviously all flags are welcome whether made by George or made elsewhere, no doubt he would be fully behind this idea.
Also just to add I agree with other posters that the flags should be displayed at all games not just this one wherever possible.

Deffo together in the same area in my opinion.

to get on the tele, then the east stand would be the place to do it. i am in the SWC, so its a bit of a mooch before and after the game, so would probs just hang it off the barrier in front of the SWC next to the access tunnel or something. i know it wouldnt get on the tele, but thats not the point really is it? would look class if the whole barrier/railing around the middle of the lower bowl was end to end with st.georges crosses and other flags..

Front railings of the North and East for the cameras would make sense.

It would have looked class all together and a fitting tribute in my opinion
Have a look at this clip and you will see some flags together in the East Stand

Re: Poledancer - Flag info
Ok. So we agree. Swansea game front of the east stand yeah? Can we start threads in other places and pm people with flags etc so this truly gets off the ground?

Yeah go for it, spread the word. Does anyone know where the Sheilds and Chester branch flags are, did the Shields one get lost?

Could you send your flag to the ALS office maybe for someone to pick up?

Sounds good. There is also the gap between away supporters and the SEC as an option.

Re: Poledancer - Flag info
I am up for co-ordinating this worthy exercise.
PM me and we can arrange meet to go in early and hang the flags up.
Please note with the inner advertising hoardings in nth and east stands you will need to fold your flag and pin it with duct tape- so it can hang properly.

Well this board never fails to amaze me. Rip Van Fish off here has offered to get my flag up. Very kind. Ha'way spread the word around and we'll get all the flags up!
