Went down to go to 'The deep'

Brilliant day out and would recommend to anyone but what struck me most is fucking Hull!!!!

When we got passed the bridge and the trading estate into the city I was aghast at the level of poverty and filth.

As a kid my grandparents lived in South Durham court flats down east and I used to watch the goings on in the Garths this place is just like it now.

It's Hendon in the 80s Hull.

There are obviously people there with money because I spent a number of nights last year on holiday with a couple from there and my wife.

I warn you, never ever go to the shitstain on this country that is Hull.

Disgusting and should be levelled.

I know Hartlepool is not exactly Monte Carlo but to correct you there are three main exits.

Hartlepool is nowhere near as bad as Hull mate serious.

I think you'll find most places are like that these days, you're seeing the gradual decline of the UK as it falls apart at the seams, give it 15 years and 85% of the population will be living in absolute poverty.

actually there's 2.. The A63 and the A1079.
Had some fantastic nights out down there. It may be a bit rough and ready, but the people are sound, if a little bit mental.

Nowhere near as bad as people make out. Middlesbrough and Sunderland are both far bigger shit holes than Hull. I was born and bred in the city and have since then moved to Bristol and then London. I would move back to Hull but you wouldn't catch me in Sunderland. Does it have anything going for it in the city? Managed to build anything on the Vaux site yet?
