    It's obvious that some clubs don't think they are enforceable whilst others are shitting themselves in case they are.

    I can't see them working tbf, the likes of City will just find a ridiculous sponsorship deal from their owners other companies.

    yeah the super rich will always have a way round him. I imagine QPR see themselves in this bracket now, we are outside of that. I wanted to see QPR go down last season to remove the threat of them becoming a big club.

    Was thinking about this the other day. Could City reduce the salary paid but a "sponsor" not then salary the player for a guaranteed endorsement contract to get round them. Probably not like but just a thought.

    QPR are looking to move to a new ground so I think their fiinancial plans are more long term but staying in the PREM is a priority.

    the clubs with no money or tight owners are using them as an excuse for not spending big,the teams with money or flambouyant owners will ignore them
