Seeing as we finally have the sub-forum up and running I thought it would be a good idea to list any different routines we do. This one is great for building muscle, losing weight and cardio.
Upright Rows x6
Power clean and jerk x6
Romanian deadlift x6
Jump squats x6
No rest between exercises
4 sets of 24 (1 minute rest between sets)
I use this routine in 2 ways.......
1. As part of my cardio with a 20kg barbell
2. As part of my shoulder day with a 30kg barbell
