Ku Club reopening for 1 night only?

Had word from a mate of mine that rumours are that Ku club is reopening for one night only in November. Can anyone shed light on this? Is it true?

He claims that the tickets are £3 from Hot Rats.

aye its true mate got this off one of the dj's that used to work there.
its "One last Good bye and one last party in a VERY HISTORIC BUILDING!@ Mission (Formally known as Ku Club)on Saturday 12th November! Live bands 'The Familiar Ones' kicking off the night + Dj's Spinning the old CLub Classics!

Due to the license on the building it must be a ticketed event! so make sure you get down to HOTRATS on Friday to buy your tickets asap as its guaranteed to sell out! ONLY £3 a ticket

Red Stripe £2.50 a can

That corresponds exactly with what my mate is claiming, however he got his info off facebook and as I retired sometime ago from it I cant substantiate his claim or his source.

It's been completely done out in there last year. Downstairs is now a youth club type room with tvs and pool tables etc and upstairs is still club type room but the bar on the right when you walked in is boarded off and that's used as a stage area. All the pumps were taken out when I was working there so no beer on tap unless they've reinstated them since I was in last. Doesn't smell anymore, which added to the appeal IMO.
