Default Will Gibson and Gardner both start?

    Providing they both sign?
    Cattermole to make way perhaps?
    What do we reckon?

No direct competition for a starting place IMO the way it should be,strength and depth in our squad for once.

I also believe cattermole will make way and leave. Question is, is it a bad thing?

Wouldnt be bothered to see catts leave for a decent fee, but I think he will be here next season, and if he can stay fit he will do a good job.

Half a cup winning midfield, or half a relegated midfield, if they were that good.................

Steady on, for the moment we're desperately short of central midfielders, never mind selling our best one.

They would not be signing for us. Get over it Gardner scored more goals in a poor team than our whole midfield put together and Gibson has looked tidy for Manu when he plays. Both young ambitious good signings and the best we can hope for at this level. Though you would probably be raving about newcastles new signings we all no very little about.
