Default I've finally got a job

Start my induction on Monday...woo hoo!

Split up with my missus on 1st March, she gave me £20, I lost £120,000! not counting the business in Sunderland that her fathers new wife (witch) took from me. I slept in me van for 10 nights (hell), then a mates house for a week. Been in a bed & breakfast since, paid for by the council, £65 a week JSA in, £15 top up (breafast, gas and electricity) £10 evening meals per week out. Buying a pint sounds too much like.

Now I can start all over again, get paid end of June look for somewhere to rent, I'm on the up like

Have you no claim against your ex?

It seems you've really been taken to the cleaners.

Or was everything in her dad's name (i.e. the business)?

Guess in hindsight I fucked up like, I wasn't married to my ex and she had £360k from a house sale in her bank account. What's mine is mine and hers is hers like.

I was manager and director of the business, her dad and the bitch were directors too! They found a way to have me for gross misconduct and sacked me which triggered my share release and resignation like

But, dinnit worry like I'll just make enough money to set up in business again...on me own this time like

No, don't just sit back and take it. Once you've an income and afford to go back to the solicitors and go after some of her bank account money. Depending on how long you were living with her, you could get a settlement on common law grounds.

It might be worth their while for them to offer you say £30,000 to £40,000 just to get lost.

Please tell me you didn't sign anything that gets them off the hook?
