Floyd Landis does the dirty on Lance Armstrong

This hardly proves it, and Landis is desperate for attention, but it rings true for me

Landis is just a bitter plank.

Armstrong is potentially the most tested individual on the planet.... would have to been very good at masking.

he's had raids on hotels, accuasations and indepth analysis for years and not one person has come up with any evidence..

if he had got away with it for all those years why would he risk coming out of retirement...

You make a fair case, but I wouldn't trust any of them tbh. Shame as TDF used to be my favourite sporting event of the year

Landis is a complete tool....however nothing I have ever read about convinces me Armstrong wasn't at it.

Far too many of his ex team mates now known to be dopers.
If you hear about how close the teams are, there is no way Armstrong would have not known about the doping going on.
Armstrong has always, with the help of Bruyneel ran the teams back to US Postal the way he wants. I doubt you could even fart without his say so.

As for the argument about never testing positive, well there are many athletes who never failed a drug test but history has shown to be dopers.

I still live the concept of Innocent until Proven guilty... No doubt Armstrong would have known what was going on his team and the team helps him win the tours but if he chose to stay clean because he weas so good he didin't need the supplements...

I still find his sudden rise from nowhere man to champion curious, even accounting for the possible extra motivation given his cancer

Are there many precedents for such dramatic improvements in form after the mid 20s?

Read the David Walsh books or even try and obtain the translated LA Confidential book ( despite what people say about it only published in France).


I love cycling as a sport, but while he may never have failed a dope test ( not quite true remember the backdated medical certificate produced after a "failed test) I am convinced that he is/was a doper.

Landis is an unreliable witness...who will no doubt have a book out.
Like all dopers lied and lied (the current ones are up to the same trick)
Doesn't help with Mcquaid being keener to keep his sport out of the news than to rid the sport of dopers...thought his predecessor was bad enough but this bloke takes some beating.

There are a lot more reliable witnesses out there with no obvious axe to grind.
