very annoying stopped me training at the moment
apart from resting the arm any tips on getting rid asap

Aye, had it a couple of years back. Got physio. Try regular stretching exercises. Loads of examples online.

I was told that mine was due to tightness in my shoulder and neck so don't necessarily concentrate on stretching your arm. Try stretching the tendon(?) right from your neck to your hand. I grabbed something heavy and fixed in position with the painful side hand then used my bodyweight to lean away from it whilst keeping hold, thereby stretching the tendon. I then leant my head away from where I was holding to increase the stretch. Hope this makes sense and helps!

I've got it in my hip (bursitis).

Had infrared therapy and cortisone injections on it. It's chronic so it never really goes away I just have to stay away from exercise that makes it worse.
