I went a couple years back, really nice ground and easy distance from the station. Can't really comment that much on the town and pubs as there was an EDL rally on and most pubs were shut.

What's your plans @Maximus usual, or are you driving?
Driving marra - £80 for 4 in a coach or less than £20 diesel for the return trip - arriving and departing when I say.

Canny guide here as it will be new one for most of us. Town centre only a few minutes walk.
It's only £3 to park all day as well marra. You going with Big Geoff and Linda?

Aye, me and the bairn. Where's that parking at? We were thinking of heading for the car park on West gate and there is a boozer called The Cutlers Arms right next to the car park.

There's 2 pubs on Westgate, both just across the river Don from the ground. Sound decent pubs.

After getting off the train a short walk along to The Bluecoat, then a nip over the river to the stadium.

Everything centralised in Rotherham which is nice for a new build stadium.
