Alright.

I've been ill for the last week or so (hoping I'm on the mend now) and reckon I've lost half a stone or so, no idea if it's fat or build.

What's the best way of getting it back in decent time, if that isn't too obvious a question?

Fingers crossed your muscle memory kicks back in and helps you out. You count macros etc?
