England were very good in South Africa. They were ok v Australia (who played appallingly). Hope that clears things up.

I don't understand statements likes this, the same in a Test where if England lose a couple of early wickets 'it's all over'. Cricket is a long game and surely it's naive to say 'we won't get close' after one innings? 3 wickets for 22 runs doesn't seem too bad, surely? Maybe we will still lose, but 'not get close'?
 
The whole series probably boils down to the next ten overs. If these two are set after 20 overs and SA are on about 80 or 90 for three, then it's difficult to see an England win unless SA throw wickets away.
 
Shocking tactics by Morgan again . We need to take wickets he is setting fields to restrict scoring .Pointless they are letting this game slip away

He does it literally every game! I do have a panic every now and again, but the game can change in a ball

If we all though this everytime England were 30-3 we would never win a match, never mind test series against Australia and South Africa!

Fairly easy in the end, can't believe we lost this series from 2-0 up. Our batsman have had no answer to Rabada.
 
Disappointing end, we should have won it on Friday.

No shame in losing, South Africa showed they have a nit more nous in the end.

Work to do for England.

Aye, on his head like, I thought although he bowled fairly tightly, he never really looked like taking wickets

The longer the format, the more they can just sit back and hit him around as he bowls so slowly

Really only 20/20 at the minute where he can do damage, as they have to attack him

Morgan missed an easy run out not long after. He's to blame also for bowling the spinners for too long in overs 30-40 as it gave them an easy final 10.

Morris didn't even need to bat that way to win as the final 10 was too easy.

Glad I didn't see the final game, as would have just be annoyed after pissing away the 4th match.
