We will be on 40 points

From our remaining 14 games:

6 wins -
Palace
Southampton
Newcastle
West Brom
Norwich
Watford

3 draws
Liverpool
West ham
Stoke

5 defeats leaves us on 40 points. It may or may not be enough, but i think thats 100% realistic. Looking over the teams in the mix I see their points tallies adding up to the following:

Norwich. 35-39
Newcastle. 39-43
Swansea. 37-45 (depending on the new manager bounce)

From what i saw tonight and barring any injuries of course, there is absolutely no reason why we couldn't stay up with the remaining games. Every year it looks hopeless but we somehow claw our way out. This year, we have a proven goalscorer, a new beast of a centre back, creative midfielders who can take players on and score goals, and an excellent manager. Keep the faith!!
 


Got the draw I predicted against Liverpool, I'm going to be brave and say we will repeat the result against Man Utd and then beat West Ham as the confidence will be flowing.

Middlesbrough to do a derby and not even make the playoffs

They aren't the most expansive attacking team these days, even if they have hit a decent bit of form lately. Managed a 1-1 at the SOL last season, even Rodwank got on the scoresheet, so anything is possible.
 
Won 5 games all season and we're going to win 6 out of 13.
As things are going at this moment in time we'll be lucky to get 30 points.

We've not won more than 10 games all season since 2011-2012.
Leaking goals for fun, hasn't been properly addressed, how can we win 6 out of 13...?

Let's get to 36 points first. I understand no team has survived with less than 36 since we were promoted.
