RTG Getting pop-ups, Audio, redirects, ads overlaying text, malware reports from ads please read this

Its a fluid situation though. I am fairly sure we got rid of the problem in December, so this attack is through a different network or using a different mechanism. People are always changing phones etc as well, so I really need info from everyone each time a problem is reported.

I am powerless to prevent them re-occurring as they are injected into the ad-networks and have arrived through all of the major ad-exchanges. Only the ad networks have the power to stop them getting into the system. All I can do, is close down the loopholes and report them when I do know where they are coming from.

Where are you seeing this? On the main site? If you are seeing it on the forums it obviously isn't from the ads as you wouldn't see them when logged on.

As soon as the site loads up on my phone, it looks like something is loading in straight away, then the vizmato ad appears, regardless of whether i'm using my mobile data or home wifi, its happening every time I load up the forum on my phone, its rather annoying tbh.
 
New one for me, now appearing on wifi. Absolute farce this, it needs sorting out, place is going to be unusable if it starts becoming a regular thing on wifi. No other forum does this, only this place. Crap.

Encountering problems with 'full screen' ads on a routine basis these days – often three times in a row when looking at RTG. I've opted out of using an adblocker on RTG as I know how important the revenue is to the site but it's starting to become increasingly tiresome.

So here goes:
  1. The Network(s) you see the problem on (if any) N/A
  2. The advert which is causing the problem (if you can identify this) VIZMATO POP-UP + occasionally one that lists apps and then redirects to the App Store. The only way of moving away is by shutting the tab completely
  3. The type of device you are using (desktop PC, Tablet, Mobile) and if tablet/mobile the orientation of it (portrait/landscape) MOBILE, PORTRAIT
  4. The browser and operating system you are using. SAFARI, iOS 9.2.1
  5. If you are using a mobile, which network are you using (EE, O2, 3, Vodaphone etc) O2

I have to log in every time I open the smb site, to stop the kids/ missus being able to post on my behalf.
If I try to log in from the first page on my browser, the page with pf, smb, parsnip etc. I usually get redirected to this ad then to the App Store. If I go from that home page to pf or smb THEN log in, it's usually ok.
This only happens on mobile network- wifi is ok

Just been redirected from pure football to some porn site that downloaded an apk onto me phone.

Hilariously I'm sat with me mam and the bairn
