If he romped home to a 20k majority would you be saying that:lol:

Yes, by-election results this soon after a general election are pretty meaningless especially when the party only elected a new leader two months ago.

Obviously it matters to you though, hoping for a ukip victory to justify your obvious bitterness.

Heads buried in the sand and you know you are talking absolute shite. It's a big indicator of how it's going and you know it

Blaming the media for Corbyn's lack of popularity is the archetypal bad workman blaming his tools.

A workman can only blame the tools he owns, not the tools another workman owns.

You just need to look at the data to see where the attacks are coming from, try this one from mediareform.org.uk

Bitter as owt you lad, you lost get over it.

only saying that because she's too young for you birdman.
 What I'm saying is that cannot stand 'me me me' lasses who use the internet to have trivial childish temper tantrums on a public forums expecting that the world will know their feelings and give a collective 'Awwwwww Hun'.;)

exactly, when I thought he was talking about a huge victory I thought he meant like ten thousand..... not 2... Farage's mob won't win the seat, they've made a challenge with this but haven't got enough appeal to go and take it. However if Labour lose votes on that kind of swing in the next GE then ukip would easily snatch a lot of seats where they came closer..

Youve dropped it from 3k to 2, make up your mind man

All 3 of them are bitter, man. Oompapa is bitter because he was suckling at the ukip cock, making himself look a right berk for so long. Smoker's bitter because his beloved libdems got wiped out and Rob's bitter because he's a blairite and they lost completely. Theyre desperate for Corbyn to do badly so they can hold their heads up a bit by saying "i told you so". Whiny wankers, the lot of them.

"Here We Are Again on the Way to War - and All Anyone Can Talk About is the Labour Whip"

Don't agree with Hitchens very often but he hits the nail on the head here.

The BBC have been shocking in their reporting for the past couple of years. Robinson, Peston & Kuenssberg are disgraceful in their bias

Spot on. Never seen as many spit dummies as when these 3 get together

Yous lot just keep burying your head in the sands and blame the pesky media:lol:

Stevie Wonder can see this has been a utter shambles

Look back through the threads during the leadership contest. I've called this more or less spot on while you lot were convinced the country was crying out for the Corbynator and everyone who never voted at the last election was a closet socialist

Changed your tune a bit since before the General Election haven't you rob:

Its also ridiculous how certain media outlets are allowed to spout there propagandist shite depending on there agenda. Murdoch, Desmond and alike are only interested in what suits them and no fucker else.

He called it right on questioning the Working Tax Credit cuts, it got U-turned

He's brought the whole bombing of Syria into the public arena getting people to stop and question it's effectiveness and whether bombing alone is a solution.

That's 2 massive achievements and what a real opposition should be doing in just the last week. Just because he doesn't go about it in the media-friendly soundbite manner, doesn't mean he's not actually getting questions asked of what the government of the day are doing. We are already seeing a far more effective opposition in 2 short months than the previous 5 years under Miliband.

I have no doubt they do as I said then but the trouble is with Corbyn and co they aren't having to make things up. It's getting gifted a on plate

A man of principles. See if the tories do the same

So whys it taken till now for him to announce it? He could have done it weeks ago and saved all this palaver. It's clear he had been forced into it to save a total front bench collapse

When was it announced that it was going to a Commons vote? The Tories weren't even sure enough of their own MPs would vote for it, and were petrified to commit to a Commons vote on it in case they lost.

The principled Corbyn was saying only yesterday he hadn't made his mind up. Before he met his shadow cabinet on Friday he could have said it was a free vote and it would have saved all palaver of shadow cabinet members threatening resignation. This isn't a principled stand. It's something he's been forced into to save a total collapse of his front bench and probably his tenure. Another silly school boy error which could have been avoided
