Normal trainers should do rob, it's mostly on paths.Been stuck in early shift so just been ticking over last few weeks with 3-4 miles here and there.
Dragged myself out for 3.5 mile tonight and was surprised how I went considering how tired I am. Managed 8.29 a mile. Hoping to get a bigger run in on Sunday morning. Never raced for a while so looking forward to gibside next Sunday. Is it a muddy one or will normal trainers suffice?
