Does anyone else do this?
I suspect this is going to sound a bit nerdy, but I've got a spreadsheet for gym activity.
In a way I think it's motivating me to do more while helping me keep track of what I've done.
At the moment, I'm trying to make sure I burn at least 500 calories and run/bike/cross trainer over 10km per session
I'm doing weight machines too but that's more to break up the cardio. That said, it seems to be taking effect - aside from shoulder press. Apparently I have fuck all in my shoulders. Bit odd but there you go.
