In my mind's eye this is ghastly. Makes me think of the world champion arsehole Kanye West. Low cut v neck t shirt and large sunglasses after dark optional.

I got a grey donegal tweed jacket a couple of years ago which is a good winter version. I wear it with dark jeans and burgundy number 8 shell cordovan heavy brogues.
