@Titus mate what was the name of that lass you went to see at Fitness 2000 when you were injured? Do you know what she's actually classed as/trained in?

Managed 165kg deadlift tonight, as a relatively new exercise to me I am enjoying my beginners progress here. The lad I am targeting as my motivation has a DL 1RM of 180kg so I'm hoping I can ride the wave to that but the 165 was an effort tonight!
 
Last heavy squats 13 days out. 275kg easy deep triple. Had a girl train with us today who worked up to 170kg for a single.

f***ing hell man. A sub-junior at 83kg has now benched 235kg in an IPF meet :lol:

Raw? Either way, f***ing hell.
 
Finished my session. Gone to a craft beer pub for fish goujons, chips and Mac n cheese with a pint of Lagunitas IPA as my post workout meal.

Was in Birmingham all day yesterday for a training partners comp. We got there 5 minutes before his first attempt :lol:. He missed a 282.5kg deadlift at the knee weighing 81kg.

Today I managed a relatively easy 170kg paused bench
