There's a fella that always puts his towel on one machine then uses another.. I have seen him do this with 3 at once... then bounces between the 2 (or 3) that grips my shit
He'd get his towel hoyed on the floor in most gyms like.

Personally, I f***ing love being in the gym when people are pushing themselves to their own limits. It's a buzz and motivator when people around you are lifting their heaviest sets / PB's.

It gives me motivation to have a good workout.

I think anyone put off by it is a fanny, to be quite direct.
Not when doing bicep curls though

I think he's saying there's a difference between letting off a bit of steam when squatting and deadlifting compared to absolutely screaming your way through a set of bicep curls.

I was absolutely irate after squatting today and lwohld have probably had the police called on me in a commercial gym

Thought I'd saw it all a couple year back when I saw someone lifting weights wearing flip flops, today I saw a lad wearing sunglasses.
There was a lad in pure gym over the weekend came strutting out of the changing room's. With flip flops on walking like king Kong he went in the weights room.
Didn't have time to do a set came back out strutted about for another 30 minutes and left.

This, and it happens - way too often

The other month I saw someone in jeans, a shirt and running trainers having a 10 minute conversation on his phone while sitting at the lat pulldown machine. He did actually do a few sets eventually, but jeans and a shirt FFS.

Seen this a few times, usually polish people. Theres a fella in our gym trains wearing moccasins too.

Was talking to my friend about these type of things the other day, said he saw a lass come in the gym with a laptop, put an exercise dvd on and worked out to it in the open gym area.

Chinese in Pure Gym. One lad recently in jeans, shirt and boots. Couldn't believe it.

Never seen people training in jeans but there were three little rats in tonight, must have been 16, training in jeans and vests with diamond studs in one ear. Constantly pulling their vests up to look at their skinny boy abs in the mirror.

One of the older lads (50 odd year old) went over and told them to wrap it in or fuck off to a different gym

Tbf, there's a very famous world record holding power lifter who trains his deadlifts in boots whilst drunk. He is notorious for drinking during training and is even sponsored by Miller Lite.
