Good going, mine is about 27 now. Still some way to go. :-(
give the gym a go. I joined PureGym. It's big enough to be anonymous.

I started at the gym when I was at my heaviest, people care to much about themselves to be worried about you
I wish I had too now. I'd built the whole gym up to be something it simply wasn't.

Yeah, you're probably right, I don't really have time to go to the gym sadly. Or I'm just too lazy, or both.
Puregym is 24 hour. One of the reasons I joined. I can go way before/after work. Cheap as chips too
 


I shot up to 15st 12lb back in May, since then I've consistently gone to the gym and lost 11lb so currently 15st 1lb, I'm hoping on my Monday weigh-in I'll be in the 14's.

Nice one. However they do say it's 80% diet...So if you've been eating right you'll be there ;)
 
I was getting inconsistent with my dieting and workouts so I've changed my gym and took up playing football again. I think sometimes to keep this thing going you have to try and prevent boredom because that is when inconsistency will creep in.

Variety is the spice of life.
 
I'm down to 15st 0lb, I'm gutted I didn't get into the 14's but it's just made me more determined to do it this week.
 
Last week I was down to 14st 12lb and today I'm 5lb heavier. I admit I haven't been to the gym since Wed and have ate junk food but I haven't overate so not sure what's going on.
Anyway I'm gymmin' it tonight.

My weight is going up and down by about 5 or 6 lbs a day according to my scales. Admittedly I haven't watched what I am eating or drinking much lately, I just like food and booze too much!

I've joined a gym that also has a pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Got to treat yourself after a workout, even if it costs a little bit more. :cool:

The trouble is, you end up spending longer and longer in the nice bit and less time in the gym.
 
I had a quick check this morning and I'm back in the 14's, it probably helped I done 20000 steps yesterday.
 
Took me way longer than it should have (About 18 months) but I've dropped just over 5 stone so far. Another 2 and a half and I'll be at a nice weight.

It doesn't matter how long it takes really! It's often better to do it slowly as you're more likely to be able to maintain it.
