Got to be footitt then as Plunkett is no different to Finn and Broad.

Just based on this summer I would rather have Broad and Finn. Starc was unbelievably bad last week
When they went off for rain in the Essex match they showed a bit of footage of him bowling off a short run up and talking to Otis. They seemed to think he was looking at technical stuff rather than a fitness test. They were guessing from the footage that he was looking at how he was landing, Cork thinks he lands slightly on the outside of his foot rather than the sole which stresses the outside of his ankle and could be why he picks up injuries. They certainly didn't seem to think the footage was ruling him out of Thursday.
