Last year's event made the headlines for it's $10 million prize pool. Despite the fact 90% of people dont have a clue about Dota 2 5 million people still watched it.

This year's prize pool just topped $17 million and still rising, insane stuff.

There's going to be alot of stereotyping about playing games for money but let's be honest, you'd love to become an overnight multi millionaire just by playing a computer game.

Peaked at 600k viewers last night and it's just the preliminaries.

My only problem with it is the commentators talk alot of terminology you don't understand and it becomes to hard to watch.
