Wickham to Palace

I reckon wickham will do the job for palace we are desperately seeking. Targetman / main striker. He has been v badly managed since day 1. Even after getting a 60k contract he had to be shoved out on the f***ing wing to accomodate the clubs shit signings kast year. I wouldnt be surprised if he wanted to fuck off rather than us particularly wanting shot. Not much wrong with him in my eyes just needs a good manager to sort him out.
 


I thought Wickham fell foul to the Sunderland fans that value hard work and running over talent. He wasn't the most hard working player but then there are plenty in our team aren;t, including another striker we have that we should get rid of.

I think we signed him too early, when he gets to about 25/26 he will be a better player. But the deal is a good one for all involved.

No hard feelings or abuse from me.

Thing is though he very very rarely ever showed his potential. He was more likely to realise half a second too late that the ball is there to be won or attacked. That is desire to win and he doesn't really ever show it

Not at all . Ran a lot but made shit choices and didn't need to win enough. He has talent which we can't wait for

Bang on, but my point is there are several other players. Fletcher for starters that are just as lazy, but yet Wickham seems to get a lot of abuse.

I don't think we saw the best of him which is a shame, but overall the deal was a good one so no hard feelings from me.

Don't quite get the "F*ck off, buzzing to see the back of him" mentality.

He isn't brave enough to be a target man.
 
His goals kept us up !
Apart from that golden spell of 5 or 6 games ,he was dire. Not a brain in his head unfortunately .Give him Watmores brains and Graham's work ethic and we might of had a decent player .
Will never realise his potential with his lifestyle,just another young British talent to piss it up against a wall . Can't see the bright lights of London helping his cause.

We need to rid the club of so many it's unreal but can't unfortunately be done overnight . Over the next 2 or 3 seasons it's going to be a rebuild let's hope we have someone coming in as good as the outgoing manager , somehow I doubt it .

He will be playing in League 1 by then.

No, the stats don't lie unles your basing your one sided opinion on 1 season. He has a fuckin terrible attitude and I'm pleased he has gone. I was shocked when we gave him a new contract of 60k a week.
